ANALYSIS RESULTS - Physics - GRADE9A

Teacher's notes:

   Grade 9 students started well with most of the learners scoring above average. There is need to focus more on solving application and reasoning questions which were the challenge of majority of those who scored below average.  More worksheets with application and reasoning questions will be given.

ANALYSIS RESULTS - Physics - GRADE10A

Teacher's notes:

  An average performance with all the students scoring above the pass mark. However there is need to reduce the number of students below 80%. Students will be exposed to more exam type questions to help improve their scores.

ANALYSIS RESULTS - Physics - GRADE11A

Teacher's notes:

  A very good performance with more students scoring full marks in the three skills. A great improvement in responding to reasoning questions. Low achievers to be exposed to more exam type questions especially in their course book.

ANALYSIS RESULTS - Physics - GRADE12A

Teacher's notes:

 An excellent performance with most of the learners scoring full marks in the three skills. These candidates need a targeted revision program already planned for every Wednesday 7 am to 7: 40 am and Tuesday 5 pm to 7 pm. This will immensely keep the pace and help in improving those who are still losing a mark or two.

    Senior Teacher's notes:

  Students have shown good performance in Physics short test 1.
 
Teacher is suggested to focus more on High order thinking skill by providing more practice on reasoning questions. Remedial classes will be followed up for low achievers better performance in upcoming short test.

    Principal's notes:

    All statistics have shown  good students performance in general in physics .However grade 11 reasoning result is very moderate and grade 9 application and reasoning skills are also low according to short test 1 result .Grade 10 general overview shows average result in all skills. Therefore teacher of physics should work harder to improve results .
